Miller Roofing lived up to the hype about quality service. We had new leaks from all the excess rain this season and needed more immediate repairs. They were able to get in, find the problems, point out the quality issues with the last roofers, make the repairs, and even found a few extra areas to help fix not on the list. They started earlier than their scheduled date, and once completed cleaned up well. Learning why something was not working is just as valuable to me than someone saying “it’s fixed” now. Miller Roofing gave me confidence that I was fixing today’s issue, and preventing one down the road of homeownership. Thank You!27 FEB 2026:We’re now complete with our 3rd project with Miller in 12 months. Latest was a new roof, and then new siding/windows on outbuilding in our yard. Again, great pricing, solid work and done within a sort 2 days - nice piece of mind. Adam and his team were great, and we are very satisfied with the result - again. Not many projects left for us, but we will have MIller Roofing and Renovation’s Number handy just in case. :)

Josh provided excellent service involving scheduling and communications. I never had to "chase him down". He was always very prompt in returning my calls. The Miller Roofing team did a fantastic job on our new roof. The roof looks great. The roofing team kept things clean and tidy - no nails were left lying around. We had an unfortunate water leak during the process due to a pipe running directly under the roof. The team cut off the water and had the pipe repaired ASAP. This happened while we were out of town, and the owner’s wife even came over to help my mother-in-law interact with the plumbers. The site manager, Jeff, was communicative throughout the process and kept us uptodate on everything.

I received a quick response and visit to determine what type of product I would need to ventilate my attic. And also a quick install. Everyone involved were helpful, answered many questions, cleaned up after installation, even noticed a problem near the dryer vent and fixed. I would definitely hire them again!

Needed dryer vent replaced on roof. Called and within a few hours of calling the work was fully completed. Interaction was professional and service was excellent. Would 100% recommend and will use in the future!

We had a roof leak and reached out to Miller Roofing. They were extremely prompt in answering our message, traveling to our home and providing an estimate (same day) and the repairs wer completed in less than a week. I will use them again should I have another roof issue.

I contacted Michael for a special job application, a large aluminum generator enclosure that was leaking. He was prompt in meeting me to inspect the job, chose the proper roofing product for the job and then completed the job as quoted in a timely fashion. His employees were courteous and knowledgeable. My customer was very pleased with the quality of their work. Great company.

Miller did an awesome job. They are, most importantly, HONEST ROOFERS!!!! They did not try to upsell anything I didn’t need, which made it a lot easier to trust everything they said. They were fast, reliable, and did great work. I will never use another roofer in Memphis!!
